About Xemion

Hello,

My name is James Paden and I'm the owner of the Xemion Web Designer Directory.  I launched the directory in 2005 after the search engine rankings for my freelance web design company exploded.  Today I work as a conversion optimization consultant to small and medium sized e-commerce companies and run Xemion in my free time.
